A GREAT ADVICES TO THE INCOMING STUDENTS OF THE FUTURE

Dear Future Students:

Chicago is a big city with many stores, restaurants and bars where you ca buy, eat and drink. So remember when you pay something, you must pay the "TAX". The downtown is very expensive. be sure not spend much because you without money quickly to stay. If you need a souvenir, I recommend you buy in chinatown. If you need food to home, I suggest you buy in the Walmart supermarket. There you can find anything because it's a big supermarket.
If you come in winter to Chicago. Be sure to bring warm clothes. The winter is very cold and windy.
Chicago has a many places that you can know. There are amazing museums. But the best place that I prefer is the Willis Tower "SKYDECK". You must go there. Finally Chicago is awesome city. I hope you have fun here!

Regards.

Sincerely.

Homework about my trip in chicago

well, I liked the Harold Washington Library because it's a big building. I was surprised because there had a Innovation Lab with 3d printers. so the Library had a place that the people can study there!

I have visited many places in chicago, but what most surprised me of chicago has many local fast food like Mc Donald's, Starbucks, Subway, Dunkin' donuts.

I've also seen that people are very friendly in this city, they are very fanatical about their favorite sport teams.

The food in chicago I do not like much because it has too many spices and seamlessly blend many incredientes and we are not used to eating that kind of food.

Winter weather is very hard, there are days that are very cold with snow, wind and temperatures I have never felt. I don't like the winter!

My first day in chicago it was amazing because this city has many interesting places, big buildings, many things in my country there is not!

My daily life in this city has been a new experience because I had to live with several people who have been very friendly however I miss my family, my girlfriend, my friends, the chilean food and of course the summer but this trip will be unforgettable! i hope comeback some day!!

see youuu!!

I think that the Picasso sculpture is monumental because it was made by one of the most important artists of 20th century.

When I visited the Cultural Center I was astonished because it's a place that contains a lot of history. It has many sculptures, pictures, old things that was part of many  old civilizations.

When I visited the Art Institute, I saw many wonder things and I said "My favorite piece is not just one", I loved all pieces related with the Egypt and Greek civilizations.
